Abstract

Quality improvement is a highly desired objective in the fiercely competitive business world. The paper shows an extensive literature survey to show the resultfrom using a combination of system and personalfactors when measuring performance in a quality focused organization. This study reveals the present status of TQM in manufacturing industry and will show how it can bring performance improvement.
