Abstract

The optimization of Green Supply Chain Management strategy is the key factor in any continuous production process system. This paper highlights the various Green supply chain strategies which are proposed for a Cement production processes from the stages of procurement of raw materials to dispatch offinished productfor providing green service to customers using Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) models. The evaluation strategies are defined based on Index system. The final ranking system ofstrategies supported the Green Manufacturing has highest priority followed with Green Procurement strategy as the next priority.
