Abstract
The paper aims at identifying the inadequacies of measuring productivity and reviewing the concept of productivity measurement in the Air Transport industry. The scope ofresearch is to fill the gaps in the process of Measuring Productivity by developing Economic Productivity Measurement Simulation models for the Air Transport Industry. The developed model of Productivity Measurement exemplified would assist in carrying out Simulation studiesfor Scenario Construction, while dealing with "what if" situations in the process of decision making in Airlines Management and developed productivity targeted financial budgets, Monitoring and Control, with a preventive approachfor achieving Corporate Goals.
