Abstract
The service sector is going through revolutionary change, and the future of economy depends on the growth rate of service sector. Service Quality has received increased attention as a means for service firms to attract and retain customers and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Increasing awareness, improving technologies and continuous shifts in the regulatory environment are the factors affect strategies in the service sector. Quality service is a key factor of value that drives any company's success. This paper attempts to articulate the service quality strategies through Input-Output model.
