Abstract
Most of the organizations face problems in conducting training programs due to absence of an effective training procedure manual (TPM). This paper aims at designing a training procedure manual (TPM) by using Checkland's Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) which would aid training managers to address training management problems and organize training programs effectively.
