Abstract

This study is aimed to evaluate the customer (people) expectations in public transportation in Chennai, India. Chennai is the fourth largest metropolitan city in India. In the current years, the residents have grown rapidly and the city has thus essential reliable and safe transportation. The city has various types of transportation including wide-ranging bus system run by the Chennai Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC). An attempt has been made for two bus routes of MTC.
