Well-being (psychological health) is a dynamic concept that includes subjective, social, work related and psychological behaviors. These behaviors affect personnel work performance on job as well as personal life, due to this, industrial performance varies continuously. For effective performance of personnel they are required to eliminate bad psychological behavior. This paper aims to identify various factors responsible for human well-being of employees in various industries in India. The data has been collected in the form of questionnaire, each presented as a single statement which can be endorsed on a uniform five-point Likert scale. For data, we have selected four industries in which two are located in Pithampur and other two are located in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, India. This paper has attempted to find the possibility of improving performance of employees by measuring their human well-being. Managers may take a step to improve well-being with the help of a separate department which is specially focused on employee behaviors. This study finds that there is an urgent need of establishing a separate psychological well-being center within the organization.
