Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore brand analysis in terms of business strategies, business model and financial analysis of global sportswear brands like Nike Inc., Adidas AG and Puma SE. Strategies is the most crucial and key concern for future of organization. It is also crucial to examine several strategic alternatives, before implementing strategic decisions for growth of any organization. The business model provides a framework for organizing a business's components, whereas strategies maintain the competition for market share. The sportswear global market is very competitive & expanding with many renowned key players. The current study highlights and compares various features of strategies and business model adopted and implemented by global sportswear brands and their financial position in the global sportswear market. This study makes a systematic and scientific effort to uncover the business strategies & models and their effects on the success of the organization by analyzing research article, case studies and brand analysis report.
